luk22 Platform Agreement

By accessing, registering on, or using the luk22 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating a player account, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or depositing funds — you ("the Player") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and luk22 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the luk22 platform and close your account if one has been created.

luk22 also publishes a Privacy Policy and a Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and must be read alongside this document.

To register a luk22 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. luk22 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and will request documentary proof of age as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another individual, or allowing a third party to operate your account, is prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, or where luk22 has determined that offering services is not permissible.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of luk22, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement that would prohibit you from accessing gambling services.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. luk22 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active luk22 account. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, email address, mobile number, payment method, IP address, or device — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your luk22 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

luk22 will never request your account password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to luk22 support immediately.

You agree to notify luk22 promptly upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account, any breach of your account security, or any other suspicious activity. luk22 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security measures or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.

luk22 may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete enhanced identity verification (KYC) at any time. This may include submission of government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Access to withdrawal functions will be restricted until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

You must keep your registered contact details — including email address and mobile number — accurate and up to date at all times. luk22 uses these details to communicate account notices, security alerts, and important policy updates.

luk22 supports PKR-denominated deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, USDT (Tether), and Visa/Mastercard. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. luk22 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your luk22 PKR wallet within seconds. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard banking processing times.

Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the luk22 cashier page and are subject to change. luk22 reserves the right to apply additional limits based on your account status, verification level, and risk assessment.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that has previously been used to make a deposit, except where luk22 expressly approves an alternative. A minimum wagering activity requirement may apply before first withdrawal. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification.

Currency: Your luk22 account operates in PKR. No currency conversion markup is applied by luk22 for PKR transactions. USDT transactions are converted at the prevailing rate displayed in the luk22 cashier at the time of the transaction.

All sports bets placed on luk22 are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific rules published on the luk22 platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. In the case of a dispute over accepted odds, luk22's records shall be conclusive.
• luk22 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason, including where there is suspicion of advantage play, arbitrage, or match manipulation.
• Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with luk22's specific rules for that sport. In general, where a result cannot be determined within 72 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to standard in-play rules. luk22 does not guarantee the availability of in-play markets for any specific match or event.
• Maximum winning limits may apply per bet and per day. These limits are displayed in the luk22 sportsbook terms and may vary by sport and market.
• luk22 operates a zero-tolerance policy on match-fixing, manipulation, or any form of collusion. Any account found to have benefited from manipulated events will be closed and all winnings voided.

Cricket betting markets on luk22 — including PSL, international T20s, Test matches, and ODI series — are subject to cricket-specific settlement rules, which are published separately on the luk22 cricket betting page.

All casino games available on the luk22 platform, including live dealer games, slots, table games, crash games, and instant-win products, use certified random number generation (RNG) software or physical live dealer equipment supplied by licensed third-party providers.

The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available from the game information panels within each game. luk22 does not manipulate RTP settings beyond the parameters established by the game providers and the gaming license conditions.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error, luk22's system records shall be used to determine the valid state of a game. Bets placed during a documented malfunction may be voided. luk22 is not liable for losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

Live dealer games are subject to studio operating hours and table availability. luk22 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific live table or game variant.

luk22 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback, free spins, and enhanced odds promotions. All promotions are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any related winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period are stated on each promotion page.

The following general bonus rules apply across all luk22 promotions:

• Each promotion is available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times constitutes fraud.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated requirements before any withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• luk22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have validly claimed an offer.
• Where luk22 determines that a promotion has been manipulated, exploited, or claimed in bad faith, it reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and associated winnings and close the account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luk22 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one luk22 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools to place bets or interact with the luk22 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from a confirmed bug exploit will be voided.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting using luk22 bonus funds, or any systematic strategy designed to guarantee a profit from promotions.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or any other criminal enterprise.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, particularly poker and live dealer formats.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing luk22 staff or other players through any communication channel.

luk22 employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with relevant authorities. Accounts found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be closed, and balances — including pending withdrawals — may be confiscated. luk22 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to the appropriate authorities.

luk22 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. The Company recognises that gambling can become harmful for some players and has implemented a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools available to all registered players.

Available Tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your luk22 account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts when you have been active for a defined period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your luk22 account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from luk22. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of request and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

All content on the luk22 platform — including but not limited to the luk22 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, data, odds feeds, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of luk22 or its licensed suppliers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the luk22 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any luk22 content without prior written permission from the Company.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luk22 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the luk22 platform, including without limitation:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical malfunctions, server outages, or third-party service failures beyond luk22's control.
• Loss resulting from your failure to maintain account security or from your disclosure of credentials to third parties.
• Losses arising from changes in odds between the time a bet is submitted and the time it is accepted.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the luk22 platform, including match statistics, odds, or promotional materials.

luk22's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your luk22 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit luk22's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

luk22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, luk22 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the luk22 platform, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or by a licensing authority.

Your continued use of the luk22 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

You may close your luk22 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time.

luk22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account with immediate effect in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Discovery of fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring closure.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other criminal activity.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, luk22 may retain the account balance as compensation for damages, subject to applicable law. luk22 will notify you of the reason for closure unless doing so would be contrary to a legal obligation or regulatory instruction.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luk22 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your luk22 account, or any transaction on the platform shall first be referred to luk22's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of it being raised with luk22, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution procedures established under luk22's gaming licence, including any applicable regulatory complaints body.

You agree that the luk22 platform's transaction logs, bet records, and account records shall constitute prima facie evidence in any dispute proceedings, unless you can demonstrate a material error in those records.
